Hello everyone, happy equinox, fall equinox for most of you. I just want to let you know this isn't a full podcast today. It's been a while since I've created a podcast. I wanted to take a few moments here just to wish you a beautiful equinox and to remind you the equinox is a moment of balance, of stillness, a meeting point between light and darkness. It's a beautiful invitation into stillness. So wherever you are, just slow down and take a few slow deep breaths and relax. Just focus in on the light. And know that as there's less daylight for some of us here with the fall equinox, it's a time to go deeper within. So we can still celebrate it through the pause, through the breath when we pause, after the inhale, after the exhale, but also in our lives, just to slow down and pause a little before we move back into motion. I know ADT time, it is at 9.05 p.m. tonight, the fall equinox. So just check your time zone. And it's close to that moment when of the equinox when everything becomes more still. And that's not exact, but it is the closest to stillness on earth. And for those of you who have noticed, I've been away for a little while. I've been writing a lot. I've been deeply immersed in bringing through and publishing a whole collection of books that's taken most of my creative attention. I will leave a link to my author page. You can see everything that's been unfolding there. And for now, I simply wanted to send out this intention of beautiful stillness within your life, of sacred love, of feeling your own sacred divine presence in all moments of your life. Now, today, during the equinox, and with each breath. So remember that, and you're sacred, you're divine, you're one with all that is. Just take these moments to move into greater stillness.
