The Matrix in you. Are you free from the chains that bind you? The matrix is the inner state of being that exists in the old ego-based fear state. That is the old program that literally ties you to the false reality of a false self? The matrix of mass consciousness exists inside the pain and suffering of the smaller self. Does the matrix existence of suffering and separation only exist in a world we give our conscious awareness to? This conscious awareness, whatever it is, becomes the self you identify yourself with. The new earth, utopia, whatever you want to call it, people enter through first being free within themselves. Those free have faced their fears and are filled with unconditional love and are pure of heart. And their identity is one with their eternal self. So just begin to relax. We're going to do a short activation here of releasing some of those bonds, releasing some of those old programs. So begin with taking a few slow deep breaths, relax your shoulders. Breathe comfortably for you, whatever that is. And begin to focus on your physical body and just sense the density of your body. And maybe even a recent fear you may have had, the heaviness of that, just for a moment. Begin to imagine for a few moments that the heaviness and the fears are turned into chains that have tying you to this grid, the earth's grid. Now let's slowly breathe in and out of our hearts, heart space, the pure golden light from a central sun. That is this brilliant, glowing, blinding divine light. Just begin to breathe that in and out, and you feel it moving in and see it, sensing it and feeling it into your heart space. And you exhale that out, and it still stays within your body and within your heart. Just feel that for a few more breaths. Now let's turn our focus into sensing the body out in the middle of the universe. So you're there floating out in the middle of the universe. Sense, see, and feel a giant Metatron's cube of light that's brilliant and blinding surround your body. And begin to notice how your body turns to this same pure light. I'm feeling it. Feel this. Expansion begins to get larger and larger. The light from Metatron's cube is filling the entire universe. Feel this in your body, it's tingling sensations, warmth, whatever it is. Everyone is completely different in how they sense and feel things. Now slowly begin to look down in your mind's eye at your earthly body. And look at those chains we created and saw that were connected to a heaviness and fears, recent fears or fear we had. And look down and watch the chains dissolve right before your eyes. See them vanish. Since the fears completely dissipated in the body, and there's no longer any chain attached to the Earth's grid that's connected to your body that you're looking down upon. Slowly moving your awareness back to your body of light inside Metatron's cube. And feel this expand, this light in you even further throughout the universe. And you're breathing in this brilliant blinding light, and you're expanding. Stay there for a few more breaths. Each breath deprograms the old way. This moment. Breathe deeply and feel the glory of this light. This universe all around you. Merged with you above you, below you, behind you, and in front of you. Feel and breathe. Now slowly look down a little bit and slowly begin to see a beam of light from the center of the Metatron's cube entering the crown of your body back on Earth. Slowly, the light goes into the physical body, and you as your light body are still inside Metatron's Cube. Take a few slow deep breaths, and then you're going to begin to slide through this portal of light from the center of Metatron's cube and into your physical body. Really feel this. Take a few moments. You're sliding through this portal. You're entering through the crown of your head, through that light, you as light into the physical body. And breathe. Now begin to feel the same glory and brilliant blinding light fill your physical body. Feel the lightness of your body and all that density gone. Feel yourself refreshed, more confident, more free. Entering more and more a life of freedom, of perfect love, of harmony and grace. Take a few slow deep breaths and feel this. You merge with your light body, expand it through the universe. You release some chains of fear. Every time you listen to this, you can focus on at the beginning a different fear and see it as a chain and repeat the process and release and see those chains dissolve. For now, just rest in this glory. You are that light. You are that expansive self. You are your light body. We're merging higher frequencies into the physical form. The DNA transforms. Your body transforms. Your aura transforms. Therefore, your reality transforms. This is manifesting through ease and grace by removing the old programming and receiving the truth. You are that light. You are that glory. You're all of that now and more. And more and more walking. Every step in your physical body has this light. As this embodiment that you came here to be as part of the incarnation program of Earth. Take a few more slow deep breaths. Rest here as long as you can. Feel joy, feel whatever you feel. Sense whatever you sense. Stay and breathe this in as long as you can. And know that you are changed. You'll never be the same. And as you walk each step on your path in life, know that you carry this light with you as you, as your identity, not chained to the grid of the old way. But walking on a new path into the new earth. To your utopia. We're creating this. This is taking place. Feel this now. Feel the love. The glory and the bliss. Breathing slowly. Always in unconditional love.
